I was born in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts and have been drawing and painting as far as I can remember. After receiving my BFA from MASSART, I worked not only as a lead mural artist but also an arts educator and program developer for the City of Boston's youth public arts mural program.
I have painted many commercial and residential murals, and decorative faux painting projects. I have always had an interest in graphic arts design and found that sign painting and pin striping were crafts that I enjoyed a lot.
Now in Honolulu, my focus has been back on fine art painting, looking and seeing and trying to lean and understand color and composition better. I hope you enjoy my efforts to convey some of the beauty I enjoy witness to here in Hawaii.

*Pictured is me tracing my own sketch onto a wall for a mural. My mural approach is to transfer the graphic to the wall as fast as possible so I can start the painting.
I feel it important to use my own photos and drawings for reference .
